Women’s Health gets good ABC mark

Publish: 10 March 2010

Women’s Health, the new women’s lifestyle magazine published by Touchline Media, has reported its first official Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC) result of 65,819 copies sold for the period October – December 2009. The title was launched in October 2009.

"The first ABC result is incredibly gratifying in such a tough market, and it only reaffirms the fact that Women's Health was always a strong magazine proposition for South Africa," says Kate Wilson, editor of the magazine.

"Women's Health addresses 360 degrees of a women's life in very real ways and by buying into the brand, readers feel they are halfway towards achieving their goals, which means the loyalty factor is high. That, coupled with the fact that Men's Health continues to reinforce the brand's presence and recognition on news stands, suggests that these figures are only the beginning," says Wilson.

The March issue of Women's Health is on sale now with a cover price of R29.95. www.WomensHealthSA.co.za
